Installation

After agreeing upon the cost and signing the contract, our team departs to your site and starts installing a corrugated-board fence. The main stages of installation:

1. Marking of the site and preparation of pits for supports. The site is cleaned of construction debris, grass, and shrubs. The perimeter of the fence is marked and holes are drilled for the installation of posts.

2. Installation of supports. 60x60-mm posts are installed in the pits, then they are backfilled or concreted. In order to prevent water and dirt from penetrating under the supports, they are closed from above with plastic plugs.

3. Installation of guides. 40x20-mm transverse rails are welded to the support posts. The number of guides depends on the height of the fence.

4. Anti-corrosion protection. All elements of the frame are covered with a primer. Much attention is paid to welds.

5. Installation of spans. The corrugated sheet is attached to the guides with self-tapping screws and rubber washers.
