Installation

1. Preparation. The construction site is cleared of debris and the old fence is dismantled, if necessary. The perimeter is marked.

2. Earthworks. According to the marking, wells for posts are drilled using gas drill bits.

3. Installation of supports. Posts are installed in the prepared wells and then, rammed or completely concreted.

4. Installation work. Finished sections are welded to the support plates.

5. Anti-corrosion protection. The structure is coated with powder paint or a metal primer; special attention is paid to welded joints.

Deadlines

The installation deadlines depend on the length of the fence, the need for dismantling, and weather conditions. Concrete works are performed at a plus temperature in sunny weather.

Delivery

Metal fences made of shaped pipes are structures made of inter-welded steel tubes. To ensure protection against corrosion, the metal is coated with polymer compounds and the welding areas are additionally treated with a primer. During installation, supports equipped with mounting plates are installed at certain intervals.
