Gate Doors for Fences

Complete set of swing gate doors:

• a metal frame structure that consists of a frame, corner and connecting shapes, and diagonal ties;
• accessories, i.e. posts, hinges, stops, locks, or latches; and
• the leaf made of corrugated sheets, wood, or mesh.

If desired, it is possible to build a canopy or install a lamp, automation, doorbell, video camera, or intercom.

Installation

1. Site marking. The opening and points where the support posts will be installed are marked.

2. Earthworks. Wells for supports are drilled according to the marking. The depth of the well is below the freezing point of the soil.

3. Installation of posts. The supports are lowered into wells, poured with concrete, or backfilled with a mixture of sand and gravel. A part of the gate hinge is already welded on one of the posts.

4. Installation of the gate door. A gate door is hung on the support post and a bearing is installed between the two parts of the hinge, which is necessary to ensure smooth movement of the leaf.

5. Installation of the lock. Eyelets for padlocks or deadbolts or latches are welded to the frame of the gate door.

6. Anti-corrosion protection. All welding seams are coated with primer enamel and the hinges are lubricated using solid oil. The frame of the gate door is painted using oil, alkyd, epoxy, hammer, or powder paint.

7. Filling the frame. Corrugated sheets, Euro-pickets, wood, sandwich panels, or any other filler are installed.

Deadlines

One team installs 1 gate door or 1 set of the entrance group, i.e. a sliding or swing gate with a gate door, in 1 working day. Our company employs 10 teams of builders and installers, so we are ready to fulfill any order within one day. The duration of installation depends on:

** 1. features of the landscape of the site and the location of underground utilities;

** 2. the presence of stones, construction debris, and soil characteristics; and

** 3. the need to dismantle the old gate door and posts.

Delivery

Our company undertakes all services for the delivery and transportation of materials and equipment. We work throughout Moscow and Moscow Oblast. Our fleet has a variety of modern trucks and loaders that are ready to deliver fences and enclosures to your site as soon as possible. Usually, the delivery is performed within a day; much depends on the scope of work, availability of materials, weather conditions, and more. We coordinate all deadlines with the customer – everything will be fast and high-quality. Materials are loaded and unloaded by our employees. The cost of delivery is calculated individually in each case, but, typically, it is 35 rubles/km from the MKAD. One vehicle can deliver up to 70 linear meters of fence at a time.

Materials for filling the frame are:

• Corrugated sheets, used for the manufacture of blind gate doors for private homes.
• Metal pickets or Euro-blinds are used in cases when it is necessary to close the view and at the same time reduce the wind resistance of the gate door.
• Wood in combination with forging is most often used for elite wooden fences enclosing baths and saunas.
• Shaped pipes. Welded gate doors made of shaped pipes and decorated with forged elements serve as reliable protection of private territory and, at the same time, do not interfere with the view.
• Polycarbonate. Cellular or monolithic polycarbonate is most often used in combination with shaped pipes or forged gate doors. It lets sun rays through and, at the same time, protects the yard from prying eyes.
