How a repair works

1. You call us and request a technician.
2. Within 1 to 24 hours a specialist arrives and checks the gate, roller shutter or automation.
3. If the damage is minor, the technician repairs it on site.
4. If the gate is seriously damaged, the technician records the fault and, back at the office, calls you with the time and cost of the repair.
5. If the automation has a serious fault, the technician takes the equipment for diagnosis and calls you with the time and cost of the repair.
6. Serious automation repairs take from 1 to 60 days, depending on the availability of spare parts.
7. Serious gate repairs take from 1 to 14 days, depending on spare parts in stock and the availability of our teams.
