Installation

1. Marking. The perimeter of the site is marked and the points where the supports will be installed are arranged.

2. Earthworks. According to the marking, holes for support posts are drilled manually or using gas drills.

3. Installation of posts. Supports are installed in prepared wells and pits are backfilled in or concreted. The method of strengthening the posts is selected taking into account the type and characteristics of the soil. The top of the posts is covered with plastic plugs.

4. Installation of guides. Horizontal rails are welded onto the posts in two or three rows. The number of rails depends on the height of the fence.

5. Corrosion protection. The frame, including the welds, is covered with primer enamel and metal paint.

6. Installation of corrugated sheets is secured to the guides using roofing screws with rubber washers.

The installation speed depends on several conditions, such as:

• soil features, i.e. the presence of stones or construction debris;
• the presence of trees and shrubs along the perimeter of the fence;
• the layout of underground utilities;
• features of the site landscape; and
• the total length of the fence.

They owe their popularity to a number of advantages of the materials used. The basis of the structure is a metal frame made of shaped pipes. A shaped pipe with a square cross-section is used for posts and a rectangular one is used for rails. Pipes made of structural alloy steel with additional stiffeners are characterized by high strength and resistance to bending loads. The use of welding for mounting the frame ensures a reliable connection of the elements.
